The Origin of Pieces

The Origin of Pieces
i've been thinking for a while about this.. (btw the pic has nothing to do with what I'm bout to write) ideas for movies and books don't just come out of nowhere. They're not just born in the creator, writer, or animators heads. They are inspired by something else. Take the One movie for example, the movie with jet Li going into alternate dimensions.. That movie was solely copied off f the Matrix movie. Ok, I know, that was easy right? Well, he's some other movie ideas that were inspired by someone else's work. Check it out.

[The merry go round that makes you age] = Something wicked this way comes by Bradbruy-- > Theif Lord by Cornelia de funke.

[screwed up Utopias] = Farenheit 451, Brave New World, V for Vendetta, 1984-- > Equilibrium the movie

[The fortress of solitude] = “Fortressed in your Solitude” a quote in Robert service’s poem called “dreams are Best”

[Lion King]= “lion king” mentioned about a Saracen or a European I think, in chapter 12 of The Talisman, by Sir Walter Scott

[The raven]= many times, I’ve read something mentioning a raven associated with death in Shakespeare’s plays -- > “the Raven” by Edgar Allen Poe

[Pride Rock]= I forgot where, but I think I saw it in Robert service’s poems
