Trying to Interpret a Poem

I was reading Average Poet and there was a poem that I didn't quite understand (*sry, still in high school, limited vocab lol) and I went on dictionary.com and I think I kinda get it. The poem is called Failing and I think this is what it means.

My definition of Average Poet's poem is a poem. If u think u don't like it, I'll just delete this post and sneak away he he.

Does deadly dumbness define deterioration
of anti-egoistic empathy earning explanation
for business, bankers, and banks beginning "bed-ridden-ation"
and such sad sacrificial statistics seeking salvation.

I still don't know what ur poem mean, Average Poet, but was I close?
