The Grizzly Man

This is the story of Timothy Treadwell. He was eaten by grizzly bears after living peacefully with them for years. To everyone, he was a lunatic. To me, he was a hero who diminished his addictions by protecting who he believed in: the grizzly bears.

Treadwell

Once was a man named Timothy Treadwell and Timothy, well did he tread.
Timothy was wild but fed well, and well, wild but still undead
He broke his tobacco bread well, for he and his rod was well, unwed
Among the Alaskan bears, Treadwell stayed with out fear or dread.

In the days of dying youth, Treadwell’s life was filled with pain.
What can quench this madness he thought, for all his virtuousness’s slain
What can quell these obsessions he fought as to keep him from being insane
What can I do to trade my wasted years for uplifting gain
What can I do to blast away these bullets of badness in my brain.

Timothy wandered on and on in rain and shine and snow
He smoked and drank and partied long. He was a crazy one, you know.

An overdose struck him in the 80s, in the hospital he slept
Then with a friend he went to Alaska, in a hospital, he couldn’t be kept
A time passed after his first stay, the bears grew very welcoming.
Among the bears did he tread, returning not to society and its hell drumming

Camping on the great “Big Green”, on the Katmai Coast, in Hallo Bay
A little bear in a big family he was, on the “Big Green” he was to stay.
Nothing, not even law enforcement, could tread on Treadwell’s way,
For in Alaska he’d gladly stay until his dreadful day.

Timothy loved the bears, even the Park Service could not
Stop Treadwell’s erratic behavior by giving him all they’ve got.

Timothy broke a lot of rules, he refused bear spray and the electric fence.
He was considered one of the fools, he illegally guided tourists and that didn’t make any sense
As not to break the ”timothy rule,” he used a motor boat and went up and down the coast and hence,
In his mind, he would find a legal place to put up his fence.
Giving up the idea, he hid in the trees, his family of bears needed defense.

Tim and goldilocks survived an amazing 13 years
Before their supporters knew they’d be reduced to tears.
A new bear came to power, a bear any human fears
And all the other bears cam together to tear the couple into shreds and sheers.

The Grizzly Man once protected these bears but today he was their catch,
His spine and arm was recovered with his wrist watch still attached.
Close to the camp, Hugunard’s body was found
with twigs and dirt entangled beneath a mound.

Back then Tim’s temptations loomed like a fading ghost
But he conquered his fears and stayed with the beasts all men fear most.
Bearly winning over his addictions, but treading well in the land of bears
Rarely was there a man like Treadewell, each of his videos declares.

There was a dying man named Treadwell, but well did he tread
In the land of bears, his head fell and the ground was pure blood red.
Doing what he loved until he was dead, well, Treadwell… was a hero left unsaid.

Pygmalion Notes

beginning. starts out at St. Paul's church at convent Garden.

eliza calls freddy freddy, but she only says it as a way to address ppl.

pickering gives her money, a bystander tell her a police informer takes note.s. It's actually higgins taking phonetic notes.

rain happens at end of show at theatre.

TOTTENHAM: (soccer) and flower girl. Eliza wants to sell flowers at the corner of Tottenham Court Road in flower shop. Pickering nice, tell Eliza to sit down.

Eliza want to leave, higgins gives her chocolate. She thinks shes poisoned,

6 months with Higins -eliza.

mr. doolittle want money, pretends to save daughter's honor. alfred's his name. gets 5 pounds

eliza wears blue kimono. warned against snobbery.

Note: Pygmalion is a carver of women statues out of ivory, falls in love with them. galatea is made from ivory, she's" milk white"



ACT 3: Mother Higgins house

Mr. hiigins goes home. Mohther is expecting ppl over, the Eynsford Hills. mother, son, and daughter.
parlor maid borught them in.

higgins about to call eynsford hills all savages.

mother calls them babies with live dooll ( pickering and higgins) and tell them a problem once the game is over. alls them infinite stupidity.

Mrs. higgins. Not just how she pronounces, but what she pronounces.

Victorian society. middle class cervility is boring.

Higgins says a good women, be like his mother.

Act 4

They went to ambassador already and she is passed as duchess at ambassador's party. .

They return home. higgins looks for slippers. Eliza returns them to their spot. They're bored (hig and pick) and say happy to say experiemnt is over.

Eliza fling slippers at his face! bauhahaha

eliz says no one treat her badly. she's just hurt. just confused now all is over. She asks. hig says 1. marry, 2 open flower shop. She does both later. She want clothes for free, not theivery. Hig is hurt. She throws ring in fire. take it out, put it on dessert stand.

Eliza: notes... "I mean nothing.. just like slippers"

Act 5

Eliza has run away. Picka nd Hig go to Mother of hig home.

Alfred randomly go in. tell hig, hig destroyed his happiness. Hig recommended Afred for a millionaire as a moralist. doolittle take crae of his trurst, has to lectuer for 3000 pounds a year at Wannafeller Moral Reform World League. The new weath has borught him relatives to be fed and "moral" ways to act.

hig give 5 pnds to own eliza. Mother says stop, doolittle go out on balcony, so eliza not scared for ur fortune. ok. Eliza upstairs all along.

Eliza talks. Pikc tell her she is not experiment. Doolittle come back, say he wants marriage. He's dressed uo for it. everryone got reday cep t higgins and eliza.

If she comes back, Hig will adopt her. She can mary pick. She neer maryy hig. she say Freddy love her. They will get money by confronting nepommuck .

HIG :You will jolly soon see... into her head and her notuh an idea... somthing like that

Eliza flower and vegetable shop.

Nepommuck sasy she's a hungarian princess.
